Paul is a graduate of Birmingham University where he graduated with two Bachelor degrees; one in Commerce the other in Engineering. This combination of Commerce and broad based Engineering has given Paul an excellent foundation in business, finance and advanced mathematics, the key skills underpinning his successful career in Financial Services.

Asides work Paul is a keen Yachtsman and whenever time allows he can be seen on the Solent or elsewhere generally playing on the water. Paul is a qualified senior water sports instructor and regularly teaches Dinghy Sailing, Powerboating and Kayaking.
